Your first Sunday
Mass begins at 12:45. Arrive a few minutes early. The church doors are open and volunteers will welcome you at the entrance. The Mass lasts about an hour and is entirely in English. You do not need to be Catholic to attend, and there is no need to introduce yourself to anyone if you would prefer not to.
After Mass, we gather in the church hall for coffee, tea, and conversation. Please stay, this is where community is made. Many people who came once have never left.

What to expect with little ones
We know what it is like to bring small children to Mass: the wriggling, the whispering, the cheerios. We have families from all over the world, in every stage of parenting. You will feel at home here.
The family room
A quiet room is available for parents with babies and toddlers who need to move around, feed, or simply take a break from the pew. Ask any volunteer on arrival and they will show you where it is.
Children’s Sunday School
During the first half of Mass, children aged 4–12 are invited to a dedicated children’s liturgy. They explore the same Gospel as the adults through stories, play, drawing, and singing, then return for the Eucharist.
Getting here
St. Augustine’s sits on the Oudegracht in the heart of Utrecht, a short walk from Utrecht Centraal. The canal-side entrance is on street level. Public parking is available at nearby garages along the Springweg and Paardenveld.
