What is Alpha?

Alpha Online is a series of group discussions about life, spirituality and faith through a Christian lens. We provide an open, non-judgmental environment where anyone, atheist, skeptic, or seeker, feels free to explore the things of life with new friends.

How it works

• 20:00 – 20:15 Welcome

Explanation of the purpose of the evening and meeting new friends

• 20:15 – 20:40 Watch

Every alpha evening there is a video of 25 minutes, not intended to provide answers, but rather to raise questions and thus inspire more conversation. They are short films about the big basic questions of the Christian faith, questions such as: Who is Jesus? and How can I believe? Every week you can watch the video comfortably from your home with the link that we will send you. Easy!

• 20:45 – 21:15 Discuss

After the video, we will continue to talk in small groups in virtual breakout rooms, where you can share your thoughts about faith and life and hear from others in your group Your host will lead this conversation. You can share whatever you want, as much or as little as you want, it’s up to you.
