The Holy week is approaching and there will be many celebrations in this period.
In English, however, we will only have the Sunday masses at the usual time – 12:30.

Below follows the full schedule of celebrations, in case you don’t mind to attend the celebrations in Dutch. The celebrations in bold are in English.

All the celebrations are in the St. Catherine Cathedral.

Palm Saturday, 8th April, 18:30 – Holy mass (in Dutch) with palm consecration

Palm Sunday, 9th April:

• 10:30 – Holy mass (in Dutch) with palm consecration and procession
• 12:30 – Holy mass in English

Wednesday, 12th April, 21:00 – Nocturnal matim

Maundy Thursday, 13th April

• 10:00 – Sung Liturgy (in the Peace chapel)
• 19:30 – Eucharistic celebration with cardinal Eijk
• 21:30 – Nocturnal matim until 00:00

Good Friday, 14th April

• 10:00 – Sung Liturgy (in the Peace chapel)
• 15:00 – Stations of the cross (please bring a flower for the adoration of the cross)
• 16:30 – Ecumenical celebration for pilgrims
• 19:30 – Memorial of the sacrifice and the death of the Lord, with adoration of the cross. Cardinal Eijk will be the celebrant
• 21:30 – Nocturnal matim

Holy Saturday, 15th April

• 10:00 – Sung Liturgy (in the Peace chapel)
• 16:00-17:00 – Confessions
• 21:00 – Paschal Vigil with celebrant cardinal Eijk

Easter Sunday, 16th April

• 10:30 – Holy Mass
• 12:30 – Holy Mass in English

Easter Monday, 17th April, 10:30 – Eucharistic celebration
